Just as it is important to recognize the differences between certain star seed characteristics and actual mental disturbances/illnesses, it is also important to determine if one is experiencing high-pitched frequencies heard by star people or if such is related to tinnitus or Vitamin D deficiency.

The frequencies heard by star people are related to genetic structure and healing, DNA upgrading, conversion from cellular to very concentrated forms of vibration, energy.

I certainly know what you mean about feeling as though you are the only one awake, the only one who "knows" . . . all star people have felt this at times, some most of the time.

Photography is an expression of creativity, as star people are naturally drawn to the arts. Being creative and productive is vitally important to us.

It makes sense that the photos you take of yourself, allow you a more direct and visual study into your own psyche, the real you.

The eyes are the window, truly. This is the physical characteristic I am most drawn to when meeting people for the first time, it is what I notice first and how I determine who/what they are. The eyes are a very compelling feature of star people, and they become a sort of identification link to others.

I know a woman whose eyes have no life - that sounds strange but it is the only way I can describe them - no depth, no color, no sparkle. It is difficult to look directly into her eyes because there is absolutely no connection whatsoever. She is not enlightened, and there is no desire to search, learn, or evolve. She is resolutely entrenched in the material, superficial existence of now.

An out-of-body experience (or OBE, or OOBE) is characterized by subjective perception from a vantage point outside of one's physical body. It is sometimes associated with near-death experiences, hypnopompic or hypnagogic dreams, mystical trances or occult phenomena and psychoactive drugs.

An OBE may be contrasted with astral projection, which does not require the perception of one's own body from the outside. Astral projection does not typically posit that one's consciousness or soul is actually traveling through our day-to-day physical reality. An OBE may also be contrasted with dreaming, lucid or otherwise, by the intense perception of being awake and aware of the reality of the experience.

Despite claims of some "projectors" who aver that they can initiate the experience at will, there is to date no reliable evidence that any imagery or information acquired during the experience could not have come from normal sources.

I have experienced the white light in mediation, there were symbols in the light too.. alike hieroglyphics..

Most of the descriptors describe me... (even the sinusitis..) Not sure what my mission is yet.. I have strange memories of a shrubbery maze ever since I was a child.

I sometimes meet people and get a sensation that at one time I knew them closely or almost like they have this guardian feeling about them, like they are aware of it too... Difficult to describe..

I tick a lot of those boxes. Half a dozen of them in just the last few months...

I apologize if it was not clear . . . that was meant as a reference to the indigo violence, as star people have no general tendencies toward any kind of angry, aggressive, violent behaviors, while the identified "indigos" evidently do. I simply do not subscribe to the validity or existence of the labeled "indigos" - but rather believe they are unenlightened individuals with legitimate, clinical mental disturbances that involve serious forms of aggression and potential violence.

Being "depressed" is viewed by society as a negative emotion, although it is my belief that being depressed, within reason, is a natural, normal emotion of every being on earth, enlightened or not, and should not be automatically stifled or "treated" any more than normal anger should be. It is only when these emotions are not controlled that they become threatening, dangerous, or destructive in some form and would then be considered "negative".

Actually, anger, hurt, depression, etc. have been the impetus for many wonderful and creative works of art, music, and literature. It is up to the "beholder" to know when to tame their emotions, to temper them with joy, calm, and love.

Star people who experience depression do so mostly because of the feeling they are alone in their "knowing" and because many are ridiculed by others as being "strange" of different in some ways. Part of the evolutionary process of star people is learning that they are not alone . . . and it is that knowledge that eventually, though it may be more difficult for some than others, allows them to feel less depressed or to feel some odd sort of comfort by realizing it is a normal part of the process.

Also, to address the chemical imbalance: As an example, many star people have OCD, which exists in part, due to an imbalance in the neurochemical serotonin. This should not be viewed as a negative . . . OCD can be very difficult to manage, but it can be done and again, like certain emotions, can actually be contributory to creative pursuits and achievements.

It's the refocus of love to a passive thing that bothers me. Love isn't passive at all if you choose to look deeper. I operate out of a deep love for humanity, yet I'd never let that impulse destroy my ability to defend myself. That kind of lotus eater mentality... yeah, I can see why it's encouraged. It's a twist on real love, you know? I do feel there are forces out there that look at humanity as cattle, owned, chattel... that's disturbing on many levels. I also see some of the new age cults pushing some to worship those forces. Never trust anything that demands exhaultation, true higher beings don't.

The waiting im afraid is due to the others catching up. We have to move forwards in this together. And while some of us understand things quickly, others are taking some time. Thats all the pause is, waiting for everyone to finish that page before we move onto the next.

It's quickening though, most of the important things are understood now, its down to ironing out creases and people understanding their roles in this.

Fact is when it all goes off we need everyone working together, otherwise the risk of failure is too great.
