Bed Bugs!

My neighbors had bed bugs. After two weeks of management arguing with the neighbors to spray, they were given a three day eviction. Management went in and sprayed, but only the neighbors Apt. after they moved out! Now I'm finding bed bugs in my place, because I share a common wall with the neighbors. The management is willing to spray my place, but any loss of bedding, bed, furniture, clothes Ect. the management is saying this is my problem. They are saying "They are not responsible, Pest control is my problem." is this true, or do I have a law suit in the making? Any lawyers in here that can advise me?
