I read a story years ago that said Daniel Ortega the old commie president of Nicaragua drank his own piss for three or four days in prison when the guards wouldn't give him any water.

I don't know if that's cannibalism but I'm sure some pretty good McDonalds stories will show up in this thread eventualy.
