If you are spreading over the day then it's fine...but there is a limit to the amount of protein and nutrients you can absorb in a single meal... What shake are you doing...I'm interested! It's actually a medical shake that is used in the hospital. My dad got cases of them because his friends son didn't need them. So, I'm going to try them out as a diet. Not something you find in stores! |

Give up the animal fat and cholesterol and you'll be healthier. Go raw vegan without the nuts and nut oils and you'll be able to eat all day and lose weight. Smoothies are the best way to get the greens because you can hide the taste with some fruit. |
