No. I do not think he will get pardoned. Regardless of the Illinois connection. However, I do not think he will serve anywhere near 14 years.

I think it will boil down to whether Blago has any real dirt on Obama. If he does, he will either seek a deal with prosecutors or make a move to have Obama pardon him.
