Re: new crop circle has been reported at Roundway, Near Devizes, Wiltshire
they said this could have been made DEC 7th 2011 so this is very late in the season

here is some other things I gathered...

if anyone out there is interested.........

Devizes Castle was built by Osmund, Bishop of Salisbury in 1080, but the town is not mentioned in the Domesday Book. Because the castle was located on the boundaries of the manors of Rowde, Bishops Cannings and Potterne it became known as the castrum ad divisas or "the castle at the boundaries", hence the name Devizes. [link to en.wikipedia.org]

The town has had churches since the early 11th century.[5] The town has four Church of England parish churches. The oldest is dedicated to St John the Baptist and was founded in 113 The three others are dedicated to St Mary the Virgin, associated in its early days with the growing town of Devizes and now in a partnership with St John's, St James, part of Bishops Cannings until the end of the 19th century and now a low church, evangelical Anglican church,[8] and St Peter's, originally a broad church for the canal side of the town but now a conservative, traditionalist, Anglo-Catholic church This church has now been converted into one house and six apartments, and the congregation has united with the Methodist church to form St Andrew's United Church

Devizes is twinned with Mayenne in France, Oamaru in New Zealand, Tornio in Finland, Waiblingen in Germany, Baja in Hungary, and Jesi in Italy

A powerful wind storm with gale-force gusts left much of the Los Angeles area strewn ... were also issued for Utah, Nevada, Wyoming, Arizona and New Mexico
[link to www.telegraph.co.uk]

According to the Los Angeles Almanac: "The original spelling of the name of the winds is unclear, not to mention the origin." The name "Santa Ana Winds" is said to be traced to Spanish California, when the winds were called devil winds due to their heat. Santa Ana winds may get their name from the Santa Ana Mountains in Orange County, the Santa Ana River or Santa Ana Canyon, along which the winds are particularly strong. The original form may have been an Anglicized version of the Spanish, Satana's winds, from the Spanish vientos de Satán ("winds of Satan"). Sanatanas is a rarer form of Satanas and is a translation of a native name in an unspecified language.

Santa: The word means "holy". It is also Spanish for "saint"
Spanish Ana English Ann

Saint Hanna (also Ann or Anna, from Hebrew Hannah meaning "favor" or "grace") of David's house and line, was the mother of the Virgin Mary and grandmother of Jesus Christ according to Christian and Islamic tradition. English Anne is derived from Greek rendering of her Hebrew name Hannah. Mary's mother is not named in the canonical gospels or the Qur'an.

I'm no expert, in fact I think this is the first time I've heard this but if you look at the second image in the opening post it seems that most of the surrounding fields are green except for the ones that look as thought they are recently harvested yet the apple image is the middle of tall but obviously dry and dead stalks.

the other day........ I saw something cant put my finger on it but it had to do with Saint Andrew..

and when ever I see that I think of this spider.....
that use to make many webs in my back yard......

St Andrews Cross Spider

In England, Argiope bruennichi, where it is found only on the southern coast, and in other parts of Europe, including Germany, is also known as the wasp spider. The East Asian species Argiope amoena is known in Japan as kogane-gumo. In Australia, Argiope keyserlingi and A. aetherea are known as St. Andrew's Cross spiders, for their habit of resting in the web with legs outstretched in the shape of an X, the cross of St. Andrew. The large white zigzag in the centre of its web is called the stabilimentum or web decoration.

Re: new crop circle has been reported at Roundway, Near Devizes, Wiltshire
About the Cornish Earthquake ,last Saturday night. It was nearer Wadebridge than Bodmin and I think it was on or near a fault which runs from Port Isaac to Constantine.

About 15/20 years there was a smaller one which caused a little damage to a school on the Lizard which is beyond Constantine.

The earthquake was not really near the main ley line in Cornwall which also which goes past Devises. It seems it could, the circle,be on or near this line.Interestingly it was near some standing stones, which had been disturbed from their original positions.

The fault I was speaking about would at some point cross the main ley in Cornwall .Maybe near Michell.Just looking roughly on the map.Curiously the ley is commonly known as the Michael line.

In 13 Centuary there was an earthquake which ran up the ley causing damage to two Saint Michael churches in Southern Britain. At Glastonbury and Saint Michael's Mount a 150 miles apart. The earth quake was in 1275.I found the details in a book by Hamish Miller and Paul Broadbent called the Sun and the Serpent which describes his journey along this Ley from Land's end to Hopton on the East Anglian Coast.

They had probably planned out a nice shiny crop circle for that area and then were like... "no, those pesky humans cut down our grass!"
