After the rapture and before the 7th seal is opened, we see that the 144,000 from the tribes of Israel are marked with a sign.

Revelation 7:[1] After these things, I saw four angels standing on the four corners of the earth, holding the four winds of the earth, that they should not blow upon the earth, nor upon the sea, nor on any tree. [2] And I saw another angel ascending from the rising of the sun, having the sign of the living God; and he cried with a loud voice to the four angels, to whom it was given to hurt the earth and the sea, [3] Saying: Hurt not the earth, nor the sea, nor the trees, till we sign the servants of our God in their foreheads. [4] And I heard the number of them that were signed, an hundred forty-four thousand were signed, of every tribe of the children of Israel.


Revelation 7:9-17 tells us that the raptured have already arrived in heaven and are clothed in white with palms in their hands. Giving glory to God for evermore.

Revelation 7: [9] After this I saw a great multitude, which no man could number, of all nations, and tribes, and peoples, and tongues, standing before the throne, and in sight of the Lamb, clothed with white robes, and palms in their hands: [10] And they cried with a loud voice, saying: Salvation to our God, who sitteth upon the throne, and to the Lamb.

[11] And all the angels stood round about the throne, and the ancients, and the four living creatures; and they fell down before the throne upon their faces, and adored God, [12] Saying: Amen. Benediction, and glory, and wisdom, and thanksgiving, honour, and power, and strength to our God for ever and ever. Amen. [13] And one of the ancients answered, and said to me: These that are clothed in white robes, who are they? and whence came they? [14] And I said to him: My Lord, thou knowest. And he said to me: These are they who are come out of great tribulation, and have washed their robes, and have made them white in the blood of the Lamb. [15] Therefore they are before the throne of God, and they serve him day and night in his temple: and he, that sitteth on the throne, shall dwell over them.

[16] They shall no more hunger nor thirst, neither shall the sun fall on them, nor any heat. [17] For the Lamb, which is in the midst of the throne, shall rule them, and shall lead them to the fountains of the waters of life, and God shall wipe away all tears from their eyes.

We know that the tribulation will be like the days of Noah and like the days of Soddom and Gomorrah. Which means that Jesus will come and rapture the church, as God will not punish His people with the wicked. They will be safe and sound before the 7th seal is opened.

Luke 17:[26] And as it came to pass in the days of Noe, so shall it be also in the days of the Son of man.[27] They did eat and drink, they married wives, and were given in marriage, until the day that Noe entered into the ark: and the flood came and destroyed them all. [28] Likewise as it came to pass, in the days of Lot: they did eat and drink, they bought and sold, they planted and built. [29] And in the day that Lot went out of Sodom, it rained fire and brimstone from heaven, and destroyed them all. [30] Even thus shall it be in the day when the Son of man shall be revealed.

Matthew 24: [37] And as in the days of Noe, so shall also the coming of the Son of man be. [38] For as in the days before the flood, they were eating and drinking, marrying and giving in marriage, even till that day in which Noe entered into the ark, [39] And they knew not till the flood came, and took them all away; so also shall the coming of the Son of man be. [40] Then two shall be in the field: one shall be taken, and one shall be left.

[41] Two women shall be grinding at the mill: one shall be taken, and one shall be left. [42] Watch ye therefore, because ye know not what hour your Lord will come.


If we look at Revelation Chapter 8:1 we see the seventh seal broken after the rapture, and the angels prepare to sound the 7 trumpets. So at this point we see a period of silence, then an angel will pour out fire from the alter onto the earth and there will be thunders, lightnings and a great earthquake.

Revelation 8:[1] And when he had opened the seventh seal, there was silence in heaven, as it were for half an hour. [2] And I saw seven angels standing in the presence of God; and there were given to them seven trumpets. [3] And another angel came, and stood before the altar, having a golden censer; and there was given to him much incense, that he should offer of the prayers of all saints upon the golden altar, which is before the throne of God. [4] And the smoke of the incense of the prayers of the saints ascended up before God from the hand of the angel. [5] And the angel took the censer, and filled it with the fire of the altar, and cast it on the earth, and there were thunders and voices and lightnings, and a great earthquake.

[6] And the seven angels, who had the seven trumpets, prepared themselves to sound the trumpet.
