Besides the recent conflict for the Senkaku Islands, there has not been any military conflict between the two countries since WW2. This would be a good opportunity for the Chinese to show their humanity and benevolence, if they have it.

The Mexican people get free healthcare when they come here.

But I never proposed to give those houses for free. They have a lot of land in Mexico to move to safer places. Mexico is an enormous country. Plus the Mexicans are not at such grave danger as the Japanese. The Japanese are stuck in a small area, and much of their food, water and air is irradiated.
