The attack was a response to a court ruling about an honor killing. The criminals are Pakis. Apparently they didn't like the judges ruling so they take it out on innocent. A 2 yr old is struggling to survive right now.

then a fysical one
then a blood test
then a mental test
you can pass all three
and fail on stage 4
if you fail 1-3
you won't ever make it to stage 4
