How does it take up to a year to determine citizenship of a detainee? This is outrageous.

I was stunned when I saw it. MSNBC reposted this on the front page of their website. I found this to be highly unusual. Medias rarely scoop a story verbatum.

This is chilling? Yet Rendition is not chilling? Where US Citizens and foreign nationals were kidnapped, deported to nations which allow torture, tortured and even killed, all of which have been reported in the mainstream media. The President of the US bragged about such events in the mainstream news!

Some without any thing but the word of paid 'informants' who in many cases, simply turned people or rivals in for the reward.

Is what is chilling you the location of the crimes committed against so called "free american citizens" because the location of these incidents, the domestic US, and the lack of torture and murder, are the only differences in this story.

This law can be used as a form of railroading. They can pick up anyone they want for no reason and keep them as long as they want.
