Aloha! from the BIG ISLAND, HI
- In Hawaii, lava from the big island's puu oo cater is flowing toward the ocean.
Hawaiian Volcano Observatory Tuesday the flow was about 1 1/2 miles from the ocean.
There were hundreds of people who watched the lava flow Monday night from a viewing area at Kalapana. Pretty cool!
