I've seen numerous posting of the section of the bill that states it does not apply to US citizens or resident aliens. Am I mistaken about this?

I totally agree with you. Evil seems to build in it's own self destruction. There is a lot of pain and death in the end though and it looks like Americas evil is about to really start bearing fruit.

ive been following all of this for a bit now...more than just ndaa, no one here will talk about it with me mostly because they dont know anything about it. im actually scared about this with no one to talk to and i dont really know what i should be doing...is it time to run for the hills? close? do we wait till we have confirmation they are taking americans for anti gov views?

I guess the Founding Fathers didn't think it would be this easy to do an end-run around the Bill of Rights by simply inventing the word 'terrorist', applying it to whoever they please, and then strip the alleged terrorist of all his rights.

This is obviously a treasonous violation of the Constitution, yet if it ever gets challenged, I bet the Supreme Court will back it up. Good luck to whoever gets detained under this or the "Patriot" act, they won't even have access to a lawyer.

If Obama signs this, our only option is to vote third party across the board in protest. That's what I plan to do next election.

No votes for Re-thug-lican or Demon-crap since both parties passed this garbage!
