What a cocktail of poison we've created: Radioactive shit from Fukushima, more radiation from the leftovers we've dumped in the ocean years ago, oil spills, and now thousands of tons of rotting plants and methane from global warming. If the larger sealife's dying, what's happening at the bottom of the food chain? Anyone know if there's been any recent study on the plankton?

More than 60 seals have died and 75 found diseased in Alaska with skin sores and patchy hair loss. The Fish and Wildlife Service has also identified diseased and dead walruses."

Reading more on this last night...this is the first time in a very long time that seals/walruses have died in vast numbers, this far north. Apparently the frigid waters of the north help keep certain bacterias and diseases from growing/getting worse. For something to have broken through that natural protection, it must be very powerful.

SAD,SAD,SAD, this event is one of the worst things that has happened in my life time... and this is just the beginning. Where the fuck are all these eviormentalist now? I wonder, where the hell is AL at it?
