Mix 2 parts of Baking soda to 1 part table salt. Poor small (1/4 tsp) amount in palm of hand, use wet toothbrush to pick it up. Makes excellent tooth cleaner.

will also use the baking soda/salt and a dab of 3% peroxide and get a real thorough cleaning.

no--the baking soda will start to immediately dissolve and you are using a lesser amount of good salt/the proportions in that recipe
and waaaaaaay back in the day,salt was used alone as a dentrifice
and on another natural healing website it has been debated and the majority posted that the dentists themselves admitted to only RARELY seeing any problems from salt/soda and peroxide.

It's still worth $5. Since I switched to Tom's 6 years ago my tooth pain went away and those dark spots down by my gums that were so called cavities, are completely gone.

A tube lasts me 3 or 4 months, there are better ways to save cash. My teeth feel much stronger now, go figure.
