As per my comment above...each nano chip could be easily tagged with a unique id and picked by scanners as you travel through public venues.

Or if they could attach a nano GPS chip to the RFIP and then pick you up with a satellite. They just have to monitor your movements for a little bit and then they have your name through geo-location.
