I drifted into rem around 12:30 and saw a black figure with one vain covered leg almost infected looking, exposed backing up towards me as if it were walking forwards.

Scared the shit out of me and then I "woke up" you could call it.

That's the type of shit I I experience when bad shit is about to happen/happening.

Ear ringing (not tinnitus) and other 'symptom's are being felt by many (pressure, etc.)

It knocked me on my ass literally I was tring to stay up so I could finish a webdesign . At 1230 I was like f this I need to lay down. It felt like my silver chord was cut. Thought maybe it was the higher realm calling me for a reconnection

i felt something last night/this morning. i was playing bf3 and idk if it hypnotized me or what, but when i got off of it, it was like a bunch of thoughts that were from my subconscious during the game leaking out into conscious. idk how to describe it

I think it has something to do with how 'sensitive' you are. I am an Empath (everyone is, but some are more 'in-tune' with that than others) so I feel it intensely. =)

I'm gonna go as far to guess other empathy are also lactose and gluten sensitive?

Intense for sure. The trick is to let go of the sides and stay in the middle of the stream. Or something like that.

I am neither of those. I haven't any allergies except to medications (over-the-counter and prescribed.)

I have no 'proof' or whatnot, but I believe these energies that are hitting us might just serve a 'purpose.' I call them 'downloads.' LOL At times, during increased activity, I have actually felt pain in my Crown Chakra...like a stabbing pain. I relaxed into it (finally)/accepted it and no longer experience that very often (although I did last night.) =)

I had the headache again....and I noticed I am craving more salty food when we get cme's. Thought it was a fluck at first....but yesterday...I went for the baked lays potatoe chips...not for the chips, but for the salt.
I think it is just a reaction to solar radiation....isn't salt (saline) supposed to nuetralize radiation?

LOL I also call then UPloads. If it has to do with the sun, of course it is radiation. But, I am not afraid of it. IMO, we are living in a very 'special time' and many people are 'connecting' and 'waking UP.' (just my 2 cents.) Nice to 'meet' you, OP!
