THOUSANDS of Dead blackbirds fall again in Arkansas town!!!
Blamed on fireworks? yea right. Sounds like our first cover up for the new year.

LITTLE ROCK, Ark. (AP) — Thousands of dead blackbirds rained down on a town in central Arkansas last New Year's Eve after revelers set off fireworks that spooked them from their roost, and officials were reporting a similar occurrence Saturday as 2012 approached.

Police in Beebe said dozens of blackbirds had fallen dead, prompting officers to ban residents from shooting fireworks Saturday night. It wasn't immediately clear if fireworks were again to blame, but authorities weren't taking a chance.

Officer John Weeks said the first reports of "birds on the streets" came around 7 p.m. as residents celebrated the year's end with fireworks in their neighborhoods.

"We started shutting down fireworks," he said. "We're working on cleaning up the birds now."

There is no truth or mercy
Or knowledge of God in the land.
By swearing and lying,
Killing and stealing and committing adultery,
They break all restraint,
With bloodshed upon bloodshed.
Therefore the land will mourn;
And everyone who dwells there will waste away
With the beasts of the field
And the birds of the air;
Even the fish of the sea will be taken away.

I think blaming fireworks on these bird deaths is too easy. What if, God forbid, there could be some other cause that poses a risk to humans and other animals? Blaming fireworks before conducting any in depth investigation is irresponsible, in my opinion.

If it were fireworks there would be tons of dead blackbirds in my town. Fireworks started around 6pm and went untill midnight. People were just doing them at there house plus professional ones in our small downtown area. There are no dead birds here so I don't buy that excuse. What's next? Another mysterious death of somebody like John Wheeler?

They did that investigation last night.
There were gobs of observers stationed around
Beebe just for this purpose.
This is a case closed.

Hmmm...read some of the comments of Beebe regarding the dead birds. Seems like one man got out his compass and things were quite right. There is more than meets the eye going on here.

Strange...I live in Northern Arkansas, and the teens were shooting off hundreds of fireworks and bottle rockets last night, but no dead birds here.

Fireworks do NOT scare birds to death...they just fly away.

Then why did no massive amount of blackbirds die in all the other towns across America? Does Beebe have an abnormally high population of blackbirds that scare easy? I just don't get it why this town?

The scared birds fly up and, as it's night, they can't see so they crash into each other, fall, and die. Send the idiots who set off fireworks to collect the dead birds. Then ban fireworks. Enough already.

Hmm, don´t you guys find this very odd. I mean where did it start last year? Was that Arkansas as well?
And exactly at new years day it seems to repeat itself....

So, the birds in Beebe are some "special" type of bird...easily scared, and birds everywhere else are not? Your premise is flawed...

Ban fireworks...that'll do it...not.

Yes, it was Arkansas. Then it was more than birds, and global media picked up on it.

La-La-La had a HUGE tracking thread on the die-offs last year.

Yea, I know about all the animal die-offs of course, I had an eye on it, but couldn´t remember where it started.
Global Media has had some crappy bs-explanations as you would expect. It has to do with the sun in first place and because if that affected earth changes in my opinion.

But this is extremely odd. Two times on the 1. of January.
This smells like something staged or something, how could be by accident.

Yes, it was Arkansas. Then it was more than birds, and global media picked up on it.
