Times: Cheney told Libby of Plame

Means Libby is the fall guy.
He´s the VP´s main man and has the clearence for Dick to tell him.
The law was broken when Libby told the media.

Colin Powell said that he showed the Plame paper to only two people....Bush and Cheney

Do things then go to a traditional court case with jurors judge CNN cameras etc???
or is it that, once indicted, it goes direct
to sentencing phase.

What nobody is giving credence to, is that a 12 person jury, if PISSED, will vote guilty WHATEVER way
the fancy defence lawyers try to spin the shit.

Well, Anderson Cooper CNN just said Cheney was the one Libby named.

And where did Cheney get it from?

Only POTUS has access to this info in the Executive, from the law that was made case of.

That´s one son of a bitch I would certainly like to see gone out of America´s government. Cheneys a goddamned felonious criminal for crists sake, he´s not fit to be walking the streets much less in the second highest office in America. Want to know what happened to America? Cheney´s been involved in money laudering and conspiracy, as well as outright treason. If ever a man was more worthy of the gallows, I don´t know who he was. John Dillingers´ crimes pale in comparison to Dick Cheneys. I personally believe that any congressman who voted affirmative to the Patriot act is guilty of violating thier sworn oath to uphold the Constitution, and worthy of criminal charges being filed against them.
These prosecuters arent stupid, if they indict his ass on conspiracy it will be because it´s a sure conviction. treason is harder to prove.
