The legitimate Chemtrail Operations in Chicagoland have functioned thru different administrations and Chicago mayors(who would need to give a thumbs up). So I don't think the president has much to do with Chemtrail operations or R&D.

Going from visible daylight Chemtrail Ops to a more clandestine night Chemtrail Ops here, told me the technology was developed enough. To take the chance at Chemtrailing without the visual data feedback shows the confidence level is high.

Chem planes fly higher than commercial planes and too close to other planes spraying for them to be commercial flights.

They operate in a different airspace.

Commercial planes dont fly diagonal/in tandem forming x's and grid patterns.

Commercial planes dont blanket the sky of entire regions over the course of a 700 mile radius.

These are military planes operating in military airspace, out of the flight paths of commercial airlines.

East Coast. We have been having days and DAYS that are CRYSTAL CLEAR with BLUE skies...previously every.single.day. Was absolutely PACKED with sky trails. Even people who don’t follow this kind of thing have commented to me about the beauty of the blue sky they haven’t seen in a a long time, because of all the LINES IN THE SKY.
