According to the World Meteorological Organization, 52 or more countries have cloud seeding programs, performed by 34 private weather modification companies. These include the US, Canada, Some South-American countries, the Middle-east, China, Indonesia, Russia and some EU countries.  What does that have to do with the trails that come from behind jet engines. Contrails have nothing to do with cloud seeding. In fact, cloud seeding does not CREATE clouds at all! Nothing. Research jet fuel atmospheric effects. No secret chemtrail programs needed
