thats how i would describe it...but it carrys/moves in a direction...stays a few moments, the moves a little further away...had to be a good 10-15 seconds atleast..

never never never heard that noise before..and i am a southern boy. spent my childhood in the woods..and many days in adulthood hunting and fishing..

I live st louis, currently and this sound was 3 months ago..sure wish I had camera ready..will be ready this time...

Bingo! Just figured out what the circles I saw on the NRL Satellite Page website on the VAPOR images were the other day, which I tried to post on here, but were altered evern after I posted them! They are geometric circle patterns on the earth caused by resonant VIBRATIONS! Tesla discovered how to create artificial earthquakes and artificial lightning storms! Who controls this refined and perfected technology now?

You're welcome! I love it too. it's amazing, that certain frequencies cause and change perfect patterns, and the in-between frequencies cause chaos. Google "solfeggio frequencies" and you'll think WOW. I also love fractals too. absolutely amazing.

I have noticed my whole house shaking here in VA. I'll be sitting in bed and my whole laptop screen starts shaking. There hasn't been any reports of EQ's here. Every time it happens I check and nothing.Happened 3 times in the past week.

if you hear these diff. sounds, some are with deep volume vibrating humming, like a very big aircraft or turbine, and some sounds metalic with breaks, and some sounds like a train
could it the lava flowing under our feet?
could it be our earth core,that scratches?

if they measure a white stripe than about +/-1 week later there is a big earthquake.

We've heard this strange rumbling noise here in Manila, Philippines, too.

Heard it a couple of times a few weeks before the big earthquake in Japan. Always at night and lasted a couple of minutes. Sounded like an idling jet engine or a really low and steady thunder. The last time we heard it was March 12th at 9-ish in the evening and the skies were clear. (I remember this because it was my birthday "party" and we were thrashing the village clubhouse). We have not heard it since.

Sunday to monday night, at 1:50 am. i live niederrhein
that is very crazy, we hear it very often here.
there is now airport near us, no industrie only woods and fields and small villages with cows and farms.
millitar is gone, so what could that be?
also strange, that we notice an orange sky at night. very often.
at different directions, but no villages are there only wood and fields, so this can´t be reflection of city lights.

I live at country-side also, only small farms,fields and woods, no industry.
I also can confirm the orange skies!
But what I noticed over the last couple of month is, that the "rumbling sounds" are always connected to some high winds or severe weather and getting stronger, louder!
Funny: at time for sunrise it seems like there is much more light in the sky further West then where it should be..East.

i didn´t noticed that.
so i live near mg, direct dutch boarder.
very strange with that orange sky light, and yes, i´ve observed it too, in the morning. sometimes i think there is a second sun shining.
