That has not been indicated as a likely scenario. The process is not scalable to that degree as far as all the research has indicated including Rossi's own. He is an interesting fellow who likes to exaggerate often and also claim to be far ahead of where he is. There is also the possibility that he is guarding what he already has but that seems unlikely.
