Re: Worried About the Implementation of Martial Law? - YOU FOOLS It is the Standard in Courtroom Law TODAY
You have that right. I didn't have a DUI, but I did have a 10 year old cabin that some Township leaders felt they made a mistake on allowing when they permitted it, thus my court case trying to get the lawsuit from them thrown out. There is a six year statute of limitation plus other Mi. State supreme court rulings protecting me.

What I learned was this. If the judge decides to which he did, he can deny all your rights to even defend yourself which he did, he would not let my lawyer say anything, he denied me my constitutional rights, my six year limitations and all. Plus he lied as we looked into his docket afterwards and introduced a new rule for the township to re-start the limitations rule.

What they do in this northern County is pull you back into court, break you financially until you cannot afford to appeal to the higher courts unless you are very wealthy which I am not.

The case that my lawyer had before me with this same court was a set up like mine with a sad ending. The man was broken financially and spiritually and blew his own brains out. The good old boy judges then got most of his land for themselves.

Anyone whom thinks you have right in America, better think again, you do, but you better be damn rich or you won't realize your rights, you will get screwed. I am now tearing the cabin down to save what little money I have left in my retirement account and just give up on my rights altogether. I expect next they will attack on a second building I have there as well. Truly can understand why some folks take the law into their own hands.

"Gold fringe can be found on ceremonial flags used indoors and for outdoor ceremonies. The fringe is considered completely within the guidelines of proper flag etiquette. There is nothing in the Flag Code about the fringe being for federal government flags only. The Internet contains many sites that claim that the fringe indicates martial law or that the Constitution does not apply in that area. These are entirely unfounded (usually citing Executive Order 10834 and inventing text that is not part of the order) and should be dismissed as urban legends. No, I never implied the flag "corrupts" a judge. The flag just lets you know which jurisdiction you're in, that's all. If you want common law court, then venture on over to the civil court. Civil court is where you will face the accused or the accuser, whichever shoe you are wearing. In statutory courts there is NEVER an injured party. The only 'party' you will ever face is the "STATE" which is a corporation, NOT a living, breathing entity. Statutory courts are STRICTLY commercial = there to make money and nothing else. They have NOTHING to do with justice. In stead of mouthing off about something you know diddly squat about, why don't you do a little research. Go down to the statutory court house and watch the procedures and then check out the civil court and take note of the differences. Educate yourself and lift yourself out of your complete ignorance in this matter.

It doesn't matter whether the "court" is martial, administrative, statutory, or "common law". They are all just places where men with guns enforce their will on unarmed people for fun and profit.

Unless you have standing, subject matter jurisdiction, or a magic ring from Mordor, you're pretty much fucked either way.

My advise is never go to "court"! Let them haul you in in chains, and then you can claim duress, for all the good that will do.

I just noticed the reference to India. Any fringed flag from there pre British, represents a monarchy. After the British, a corporation. The actual historic flag pre invasion, has NO FRINGE!!!!!!! on flags nor festoons.

I was just thinking, you must drink a lot of fluoride, yes? Bottled water from municipal sources, soda, reconstituted beverages, city water from the tap, Any package that has water as an ingredient(other then specifically specified differently).

Not to rain on your parade too much, but all courts in the UK and US use Admiralty law, it's why you stand in a dock.
 Quoting: F F S

FFS, Nigel...

So according to you, the "Dock" in a warehouse is under 'Admiralty Law', because it is the same 'word' used for the place where a ship ties up...

You may want to recheck the etymology of that word, there's a good laddie...

It's where a truck/lorry docks and unloads, you have taken it of context. All court law except common law derives from the law of the sea. The reason it is used on land is because there were laws and rules on boats/ships before the court system came into being, theyu used admiralty law as this was already in place and only needed slight alteration for the land

ANSWER to all these court problems, OTHER THAN murder or assault, is KNOWING the exact thing to say to the judge on ANY other law, statute, regulation or rule you have broken and WALK AWAY; NO fine, NO jail time; no loss of privilege !

I KNOW it's hard to believe, by it was studied by a US Judge and written by him. All you have to do is be able to read and understand from the history he gives as the WHY this WORKS ! JUST THREE SENTENCES/statements will do it !

Google " The US Constitution and the Matrix." THEN READ IT !

French king ( Catholic ), on realizing he was going to die, wrote to the Pope, and said he would give up all rights to any land the British Empire owned, now OR in the FUTURE to the catholic church if he would be relieved of his sins. AND HE WAS pardoned.

MORE ..... Before the was an organized court system ( OR a USA ), all disputes were settled by an ADMIRAL aboard his ship ( generally ), and that is WHY it is called ' Admiralty Law'. There was NO common law or courts in the colonies then where cases could be settled.

P.S. You also have to recognize " The United States of America " IS a corporation, operating OUT OF the ten square miles of the District of Columbia !

Do some reading; absorb a little knowledge and realize just who OWNS you.

We LOST the revolution and all it stood for in 1871 !
