Pissed sure. Fine. But fining her - it seems without giveing her a chance to clean it up - jailing her, which means taxpayers pay a much larger sum, cutting down on her potential earning time (while she is in jail), doesn't help much.

It is sad, but it does hurt others, when their property goes down because of her messy yard.

I had a county guy hassle me one time ! I got a pony and around here you have to get a pleasure pony permit now even though ponies have always been kept in this area ! The county guy said what are you going to do with that pony ! Knowing if I told him the grand kids would ride him He would want me to buy the pleasure pony permit ! Instead I told him I planned to eat the pony ! Looking at me in a disgusted manner he walked to his car ! Along the drive I had two grills and a smoker ! He looked at those and said what do you need so many cookers for ? I told him , have you ever cooked a pony ! He left , that was 3 years ago haven't seen him back but I did sell the pony ! Got tired of buying hay !! This is a true story !!

Some counties here have passed a law making it illegal to have a sofa or recliner on your front porch, any indoor furniture is prohibited from being kept outside

I'd love to have crap all over my yard but, as a financial counselor, my clients may have doubts about my credentials if they have to walk around moldy couches and broken lawnmowers to get to the house.
