ISOSTASY is a natural process, Einstein. What the doom crowd here does not seem to get is that science can explain most of these things. In the end, the earth's natural processes are what will kill us. Inevitable and evidenced by past extinctions on earth--it's a given. now go enjoy your day because none of us can control when it ends so no point ruminating. We can't fix or change things anyway. Earth is shifting due to isostasy. Polar ice is melting causing the earth's crust to react in turn (continents subside, coastlines & small islands rise, sea floor shifts. Permian period saw these changes too and we had a very hot, dry world. Gases began escaping and caused a massive extinction. We may be heading in that direction again. it's a perfectly natural, inevitable cycle. Special thanks to the industrial revolution for speeding up the process. Sure sure... global warming lol Oh yea it IS 100% natural... not arguing that. Things in space are 100% natural.
