Room fulls of scientists and propagandists sitting around brainstorming on how they were going to keep this (cosmic event) from the public and especially the conspiracy theorists. The ONLY possible way to do this on a grand scale was to create a bunch of sub conspiracies to blame it all on. It confuses the conspiracy minded people. As long as everyone blames haarp for EVERYTHING UNDER THE SUN then you never look at the truth. As long as people are stuck arguing about 9/11 you never look deeper. As long as people are saying chemtrails are to poison us they never look at the true reason. THE CONSPIRACY IS THE CONSPIRACY FOLKS.
