On that note...I decided to have some fun with the Google trends. Its interesting to see what words the general public searches vs. news articles related to a particular subject. If I understand how it works, the general public is the top graph and the lower graph is news reference articles (headlines, blogs, etc)

The news isn't reporting much about the "strange sounds"...but obviously people are hearing them.


I like having my own fun researching end times and prophecies so I decided to type in the Google trends "end times". The general public the trends did not show too much...but the news articles have shown a decent jump in the last week or so...

Google Trends is a good way to gauge the pulse of the Internet. It allows you to bypass what mainstream is pushing and see what the public is generally interested in. Too bad for the most part it's crap like Lady Gaga, just bread and circuses.
