I resonate with your problem at work (sounds like you're a civil servant, so to speak..)

The theory IS to take 100% responsibility for the problem YOU ARE FEELING. You see, the feeling is your problem. I would aim the method toward the people or situation. Perhaps, keep the chant working in the background of your every-day work. Sometimes one time may be sufficient for some people and their problems.

Sometimes the method is done by me almost robotically and others, perhaps on my knees crying.... Do it with feeling though. It's your Intent that makes it work!!

You may want to keep up with the method, until the problem fades away... If the problem doesn't fade away, ou may want to ask yourself whether you really want to release this problem.... Maybe there's something you're getting from feeling you are at the top of the productive force at work!! I sure did.

I had some sad memories and all I can say is that the sadness has gone away, but the memory is still there. I know shockingly that Dr. Hew Lin believes even memories should fade away.... I don't know. What do you think about this?

Ya know Dawn, years ago when I did some Ho'oponopono, I ended up dropping the I'm sorry. It implied or evoked guilt, shame, etc. which is of lower consciousness levels.

Forgiveness was for me to release any feelings or actions I may have done to others. It was not to implore the Creator or a higher being to forgive me. It is up to me to release the incorrect thought or harm and stay in the present. It also allows more love for Self.

I believe that I love you and Thank you is very powerful and sustains the higher levels of consciousness. That's what I would prefer using for that process. Just my thoughts on the 4 phrases.

LOC for the following:

Forgive me = 432

I'm sorry = 549

I love you = 17,000

Thank You = 658

See if you get something different. I would be interested in what you find.

Interesting. I do not agree your thoughts on "thank you." I looked it up and "thank" is expressing gratitude. I find myself sometimes starting with "thank you" in the ho'oponopono method. I would thank and feel gratitude for the opportunity of making amends. Gratitude that Divinity transmutes my problem...

I preferred thank you and I love you. I think you misunderstood.

I prefer appreciation to gratitude also. Gratitude has a bit of resistance and lack involved. It has a lower vibration quality. While appreciation expresses love - a higher vibration. I no longer use gratitude as the meaning does not resonate with me any more.

You could walk down a crowded street with all kinds of things that a lot of people would find reason to criticize or worry about, and you would not have access to them because your vibration of appreciation is picking out for you things of a different vibrational nature. Wouldn't humility equate to a person's sense of not being equal with all. A lowliness... meekness... It is not the opposite of arrogance, but the opposite is Pride. Pride is not so low in consciousness.

Everyone has VALUE. No reason to feel humble. Each person has their place in this world and should not need to feel less important or valued.

OP thanks so much for these videos. I had never heard of Ho'opanapana,until your post. I have became interested in Holistic medicine as well as energy healing as well. Since I started Reiki my life has changed. I see things that such as Synchronicities almost daily know. I see things I never thought of before. I knew I was missed something in everything that I am learning and then came along your videos. This concept makes perfect sense. If we think back the things that affect our lives the most are bad events that left a program. Every time we have the same issue the old program pops up and just reinforces the feelings. Eventually we will become Dis Ease because we are allowing our mind to become full of sickening programs.

I feel this is why TV and radio has became so evil with the type of noise they show. Everything is about Death,Drugs, Hate, Violence, Rape, and every other sadistic programming they can throw at us. The leaders know this and they use the media to program everyone to be dumbed down so they can be used like slaves. We are powerful beings and if your video catches own and goes viral the planet can be changed very fast.

Today around 1:00pm I started saying this Matra after meditating. I asked for a sign if my prayers were getting heard. I had no doubt that the sign would appear. I have been seeing things appear for months after thinking about them. After I finished clearing my head I had some time to stop at a local nature park near my home. I like to go to the park to play the flute, read, or meditate. I found myself sitting at the first bench, although I never used this bench before. After about an Hour I stood up to walk around and noticed something written on the bench. I did not notice this before I sat down. This is a video of what the bench said.
