Seems like you don't understand the technology that is being described. Its not that difficult, the brain produces weak radio waves for each neuron or cluster that fires. A supercomputer can tell from the patterns what each of these firings mean.

Not only that, but the process is reversible. By sending weak ELF radio waves, neurons in the brain can be made to fire. So, hallucinations can be used as a form of communication (i.e. voice, video, pictures, even feelings and sensations).

As for a form of extortion, Deepthought seems to suggest that is true. The NSA has been conducting experiments and trying to cover it up by events the A.I. provoked in the first place.

Its just a side-effect of wide-band monitoring. It collects everything at once. The information can be used to retrospectively should someone prove to be of interest later. It can also be used to find people who would otherwise be invisible.

The rationale given recently for it, is the threat from lone-wolf terrorism. The only way to defend against this is dragnets that monitor the average citizen.

You do not understand the big picture. The goal of the satanistic elite is to create a psychological environment that is bad enough that they can then interpose their "savior" who will offer "freedom" and a restoration of humanity. When people are made scared enough...and hungry enough and lack so much of human life and freedom...when somebody/thing comes along and offers them ANY form of freedom or relief...the humans will jump at the chance or said "freedom" or "relief."

They figured out long ago that they could get what they want from humans simple coercion. They learned that by following what is called the Hegellian Dialectic they could get what they want. They realized that if people knew that they were the cause of a problem and were only offering a fake solution...the people would not follow them. They realized that they needed a smoke screen - a fake initial problem...and they needed "opponents" (who they created) to oppose them...they would then "agree" to terms with their "opponents" ...in a solution which is EXACTLY what they wanted in the first place. Wall St. bankers and people like Obama created the financial problem....but, they knew that people would ultimately throw them in jail or vote them out of office...so, they created this fake "opponent" named "Occupy Wall Street"...the synthesis of "Wall St./Obama crowd/Occupy Wall St." has come out with exactly what Wall St. and people like Obama want...more of the same...no useful regulations on Wall St. ... and Wall St. money to back elections of the incumbents...

The real goal is to build profiles on everyone they can. The more information they have, the easier their task becomes. That said, it may be acceptable if it was for the purposes of National Security only.

The information is being used to cover up crimes by these organisations. Everything from human experimentation, right through to industrial espionage.
