I was born and raised in Dominican Republic. I even spent last Christmas there. My mom lives there and she tells me that the earth is rumbling a little almost every day. She also tells me about weird noises, something similar to what has been happening all around the planet lately. Please keep me informed OP.

I confirm the avove statement I called University of Puerto Rico because in mayaguez (west town in Puerto Rico) there was also rumbling and it came from cerro las Mesas, the call resulted in a total denial of the events and an invitation to go to the university to give them evidence on the subject ..

I told them to use underground microphones instead of seismic monitors that cannot discriminate hi frequency sound waves from trafic vehicular noise ..

The faults that can bring on a 12.5 lay from south of santo domingo to south western point of puerto rico (Easter point ) of el faro in cabo rojo Puerto Rico now as I write there was another rumbling , and its not local truck trafic ... its more a like hi frequency harmonic tremors Volcanic ? I hope not .... as cerro las mesas is an ancient volcano ... think of it , an unknown carribean super volcano!
