Problem is that on the handwritten note it says that this message was "revealed by God" and even though the person(s) that published it online refer to it as a "prophecy" in the title/heading of the videos, we don't really know in what way it was actually revealed to the guy(s) because it does not specified so in the handwritten note itself.

For that reason only (because of the Title) it's assumed that it was a prophecy. Now, if it was a Vision or Dream then it could have been misinterpreted indeed.

USGS is listing both earthquakes, the earlier one Magnitude 4.5 and the one just a few minutes ago at 4.6 Magnitude.

RSOE is listing them at 4.6 and 4.8

THe Gulf Coast would be gone.

There will be 2 world-wide quakes announced by 3 minor quakes. April/May makes sense for the date. Wheter it will be 12, 5 or 10 I do not know. However, one will last 14 minutes and one 8 minutes.

I guess i better get cracking with the April and May Dates I've been talking about.
