Works like a charm for carpenter bees, the ones that eat your deck to hell. awww poor things ;):) I like watching them..they work so hard..(yes, I lead a dull life :) I use starting fluid and a propane torch to singe their wings off as the fly by, then I step on them...they crunch like they have bones too. I got stung by one as a kid, in the eye, so I haven't been a fan of them since then.
