Its nonsence. Scientific quackery. You cant have a powder consisting of single, separate atoms. All atoms are joined to many other atoms. Ive hear real scientists say that a single, detatched atom cant even be observed on its own if it is separated from other atoms, let alone be manipulated or changed. This is because, in order to even observe a single, separate atom, you would have to focus at least one photon of light or other radiation on it, and that photon is moving at the speed of light and would knock the atom miles away before you could ever hope to observe it as a single, detatched entity.
Quoting: Anonymous Coward 1889802 So if what you say is true then you're speaking nonsense as well, because if you can't see it you can't debunk it. Gold reflects 99% of infra red radiation, that might help your 'real' scientists see the truth. Quoting: soylentsimian I see you have not thought this through properly, have you?
