The judge did not make such an order. People are quite stupid. There is a major difference between compelling a subpoena (which the administrative judge doesn't have the power to do, btw, it would have to go to superior court) and not quashing it. He indicated that the reason he didn't quash it is that the attorney basically blew off his response and didn't give the citations needed to prove his point, not because the subpoena is good. Obama is not required to go. And he won't be. Legally, it's already been determined.

You don't know the rules. You don't know court procedure. You don't know that bad subpoenas don't have to be followed. Well, now you do.

He's an administrative judge. If you look into the authority they have -it's very little; they don't even have the authority to compel subpoenas. And btw, he didn't even say Obama has to show up.

I know what an ALJ is and it has nothing to do with Georgia law. All state courts use ALJs and you obviously have no clue what you're talking about. Not untypical for an uniformed, uneducated Obot.

BTW, the only law that matters is the US Supreme Court which made it clear in Minor v. Happersett, 88 US 162 that Obama isn't a natural born citizen since his father was not a US citizens at the time of Obama's birth.
