Clearly, you don't know the law. Just because all states have ALJs doesn't mean all states have the same procedures/rules/laws. You prove yourself a moron. But we all knew it.

The judge has no authority, it has to go to someone else to decide what to do, if the subpoena even has to be obeyed. I'm an attorney and you are 100 percent incorrect.
