you will simply be offered the mark, on your own accord, and you will reject it or accept it

now, the rules will be, once you have accepted this forehead or hand seal
YOU will be able to buy and sell (probably food, clothes, pay bills, pay taxes, live in your homes)
if you reject the seal
you will not be able to buy and sell

so....live in some pain for a few years on this shitty planet (less then 7, since this is supposed to happen according to revelations within a 7 year timeline).
