Have been prepping for a while, not anticipating anything major, better to be ready for a catastrophe than not, same old saying, I would sooner have it and not need it, than need it and not have it.

As far as I am concerned they have no power over me when it comes to providing for and protecting my family and loved ones. I'll store as much food and emergency provisions as I damn well please.

I remember back in '99. I was sitting in a computer lab at the navy base. Two guys next to me were talking about Y2K. One of them was an egghead PHD and he was saying how their would be no water because all the water pumps would shut down. (Fucking stupid because the state we were in was a swamp). So he asks me what I was doing to prep for Y2K. I said nothing, because I had a lot of guns and I would go over to his flat and take the water !
