the thread title is a bit misleading.. it was 3 teens who knocked him off his bike in an assault, this is following a rash of elderly citizens getting assaulted and mugged, along with flash mobs of teenagers robbing stores and dept stores in the area and a curfew being implemented due to it

The city this happened in is Reading, PA which just late last year was factually found to be the poorest city per capita in the entire US!! It is an old industrial city with hardly any viable industries left. In the article I read it said all the industries were closed due to foreign competitors. Surprise!! I would imagine these types of attacks will increase with all the lost opportunities for today's American youth.
