There are too many christians that just suck. That's the problem.

I don't think its a problem with the religion people have it's when people throw perfectly logical questions at a good majority of them and they respond with verses and abstract prayer.

It's more the attitude and cockiness that apparently come's with knowing you are going to heaven for saying you believe in somebody that died thousands of years ago. It should be perfectly understandable why there is so much doubt but a good majority of the Christians on here couldn't give a rats ass what's reasonable they just keep spouting out nonsense without any help to the "Non-Believers" of what the hell they are doing or saying. It's honestly extremely insulting.

I've spoken with plenty of Christians in real life that are very down to earth and are actually a joy to talk to and can have a serious conversation about their beliefs. I can honestly say I don't think I've talked to a sane christian on here and that's just the way it is.

There are far more non-Christians here talking about Christianity than there are Christians. Why don't you stop talking about it? And a lot of the so called Christians on this forum, are not really following teachings of Christ.

I would be glad if christianity wasn't even mentioned here. But atheists start more threads about the subject than anyone. What are trying to prove....and to whom?

The answer is simple really, just stop being a christian, be true to yourself and not to some religion that was created by men.

I'm glad. It took me years to re-program my brain out of the Christian mindfuckery I endured as a child. Ridiculous shit would be taught to us, like "burning in hell". I never really believed, even as a kid sitting in church, but when your own loved ones are telling you you will "go to hell" if your don't believe in this stuff, it's like I said, a mindfuck.

What the answer really is.....people should learn to tolerate others beliefs. Whether ir be a christian tolerating atheists or muslims tolerating christians.

We are all different....we are all independant, therefore different religions will always exist. So people should just get over it because it will always be that way.

My personal experience and honestly just putting two and two together I can honestly say by comparing almost every religion in the world that their is some kind of spiritual energy. I mean every religion touches on this Indians even. Based on that knowledge we can assume that not everyone in the world is crazy... So lets assume there is a spiritual energy that everyone has then we should focus on just that and try to figure out what it is and work together on this project. If we as a whole were to do this and maybe come to a common understanding of this spiritual force we could then focus on what we do as a people that affects this energy and what we shouldn't be doing.

All of this kind of thinking would bring people together but this whole my way is the right way and only way BS is what is going to continue to drive us a species away from each other. Everyone is so stuck on their way when really no one actually has a fucking clue. IF everyone could get over themselves and admit that then we could really study ourselves and figure out what the damn truth is. So yes if your going to come in here and blast out that your is the only way or else I'm goign to burn in hell then you will get by Asshole comments and rag on you continuously.

I'm a very open minded person and I believe anything is possible but I'm no fool to say I believe in a man I've never spoken to as the son of an all powerful god who I've also never seen or spoken to. I have felt my spirit I admit that but it hasn't gotten much farther than that or more understandable. IDK I'm fucking rambling now but I just wish people would slow the fuck down and start getting it more. Can you imagine the power of everyone calming down and getting together to solve all these damn problems? It would be magnificent...
