Heh, well if walking around your neighborhood is a no go, idk how your social atmosphere is but choose a good friend to talk to and pace around your apt / home while on a phone conversation.

When I end up on a long call with my old roommates it ends up being many hours until I'm done and I absent mindlessly pace my house and clean up random crud.
