I don't know many living souls that have mastered the idea of being human. Personal demons are personal. No other can tell you how to feel, as they have no perspective that can compare to yours given each individuals life experience. You can get addicted to a certain kind of sadness. Like resignation to the end, always the end. Just a little happiness and health is all I wanted. |

Quoting: tuesday451 When I end up on a long call with my old roommates it ends up being many hours until I'm done and I absent mindlessly pace my house and clean up random crud. I'll send positive energy your way, hope you feel back to normal as soon as possible! Thanks so much, Tuesday..I can use some good energy..would be nice to lay my head down at night without all the bees buzzing around in it :) |

And perhaps see a specialist about your agoraphobia. I used to be like this though not so extreme you can cure yourself, you could even be having panic attacks. I would suggest getting off the internet and off a doom site and getting some fresh air, walks do wonders for the well-being :) |

I went to the mall last weekend, and in wlaking around I felt like I was gonna faint.. just drop right there in the middle of the mall. I sat down on a bench to relax, but my heart kept beating like a hummingbird. And then this week at work several times in the morning I was very shaky and my heart was beating really fast. I was chalking this up to be my low-cal diet and exercising. But now that you've posted this thread.. I wonder.. |
FLYGIRL (OP) User ID: 1480562 United States 01/28/2012 01:29 AM Report Abusive Post Report Copyright Violation | I would seriously see a doctor? Are you healthy? You don't sound healthy considering you drank so much of that poison. Any cola beverage is like drinking acid. You could be borderline diabetic, my nephew was like this he drank like 10 cans of coke a day. He almost died you need to get to a doctor asap. I don't think this is earth changes. We're not doctors on here. Your body is telling you something is wrong, you could have high blood pressure, which causes all the symptoms you're explaining, or you might have a heart attack. A co-worker was like this no appetite, stomach pains, dizziness then bam she was dead from a massive heart attack. You have created a life where you cannot physically connect with people. Being around others helps with reality testing too, in that if you isolate, every little pain can be something life threatening etc. |

Exercise, exercise and more exercise is the key to long life walking and swimming does wonders for the therapy, healing, body soul and mind. I used to be a bodybuilder and into homeopathic medicine and organic. Not sure what kind of tea you're drinking but that could be one of the culprits causing you restless nights. What are you drinking? |

You have created a life where you cannot physically connect with people. Being around others helps with reality testing too, in that if you isolate, every little pain can be something life threatening etc. Quoting: Anonymous Coward 9005159 True but nobody knows what the pain the person is going through till they go through it themselves, it's hell to have these fears, they're a bit of a mental disorder not calling the op mental. But there is a cure for this, it can be beaten. Not by medication either, it only makes you sicker, drug companies want your money and they don't care if you live or die or become a drooling freak, as long as they bleed your pocketbook dry. Medications are one of the killers of man. It's called mind over matter, or cognitive thinking. I conquered my fears and I suffered through post traumatic stress disorder I won't tell you how this came to be lets just say I went through hell literally yet I managed to overcome this, by thought process and mind games. I was turning into a vegetable at the time. And yes you think every little pain you're going to die or have cancer that's what being through death is, you face your own mortality yet when your mind is nearly melting from the experiences you've faced you either allow it to defeat it or you conquer it as you're stronger and you're worth more even if not so in your eyes you're loved by God. So I have great empathy for people whom suffer from mental disorders, they're not to be laughed at or mocked but given a hand to hold to help them climb up out of that pit. |

It can give you all the listed symptoms. Quoting: Anonymous Coward 9719286 Check with your Doctor first though, get a full workup.... Would my "country bumpkin" doctor even know about such a thing? No, he wouldn't know about the technology, so there is a chance of misdiagnoses. However, he should know about medical problems and be able to exclude them. Once that is done, you have but one option left. |

Sighs..I wish it were that easy to fix..unfortunately..I love a man who lives VERY many miles away..(across a giant ocean) You need to let him go. How come?? To free you up for other possibilities. My step father, who is a great man, once told me to put both my palms out. He then placed two items, which I had strong attachments to, in each hand "Hang on tight!" He said. "You dont want to lose them." He then tossed a gold coin at me. The coin hit me in the chest and fell to the ground. My hands were to busy clutching onto those "precious" items to catch the coin, which I was told would have been mine to keep had I caught it. |

I did two bottles of the good stuff. now I can feel alchohol again and dont feel dizzy or panicky or weird. |
