Don't try this it can hurt you more then do good. Unless you suffer from yeast infections then don't bother. Our bodies should make enough of this good bacteria if you're healthy. Unless you're an antibiotic abuser, I would suggest not doing this. Yogurt is not good for your stomach either as this lady is suffering from stomach pains, the dairy in it.
