If you take the remaining Caucus states plus 5 states where only Paul & Romney are on the ballot, and Texas & California I think Paul can win enough delegates to prevent Romney from winning. (Brokered Convention)

While it's better than Romney running away with it, a brokered convention will allow the GOP to basically choose their candidate and it won't be Paul.

This has been a thought also,

I want to see pictures of the crowds of supporters at these campaign bus stops and rally points. I am sure Romney Gingrich and Santorum must draw more people out to these events than the unmentioned candidate. It was said in a MSM news report these primaries are all about excitement and for every 1 person coming out to see a candidate there are 10 more that couldnt make the event. This would give a clear pulse on the election and show how hard Ron Paul is getting screwed by the vote counters and lame stream media.
