I'm not sure how you came to the conclusion that a symbol used in Theosophy is not satanic. Just look at the symbol they use to represent themselves with. It's satanic it its own nature. It is based off of self enlightenment and salvation derived from Gnosticism which teaches that Lucifer, the light bearer, is a liberator or guiding spirit, or salvator.

However we all know that Lucifer, no matter how much they twist it, believed in the as above, so below concept. He had no one to look up to except God, and therefore wanted to be as God, if not better then God. That's why God pimp slapped his ass out of heaven along with his fallen friends.

Gnostics value knowledge above all things, as knowledge is power. Anything to boost man's ego to make him feel more powerful and God-like is valuable. To believe that one can save himself.
