Dude I just read it for the sake of reading because I was bored and looking for something interesting, one sentence : YOU ARE PARANOID.
With each sentence you sink deeper into shit, you try to connect unrelated things and build a fucked up story, there is nothing in these movies, no message or something, if there were such evil things working for world or(lol universe) domination, they will not leave signs in movies or somewhere else to spoil it, they will just do the fuck out it.

Now go back and do some research on Matrix.
