Re: Conciousness, filters and the eschatological age
With so much talk of Madonna and her Illuminatus Superbowl show, I thought I'd pull Guy Ritchie out of the closet for a moment.

The Ego Con:

It was a culmination of concepts really, but a germ got stuck in my mind about one particular concept: the con of all cons. I’m fascinated by how you can trick the mind and the individual, and this concept was so audacious, so radical, that I was attracted to say the least. The formula of the con is quite simple – you seduce people by their own greed. We can all be conned but at what point do we realize that we’re being conned and to what point do we allow ourselves to be conned. There was a famous book called The Big Con, which works on the formula that it is impossible to con an honest man. I was attracted to that idea too. The great challenge then was to take an intellectual concept and clothe it in an exciting, action-packed narrative because concepts are not necessarily interesting to look at. It’s important that the film delivers on an entertaining level. What you want in the cinema is entertainment but I like to be intellectually titillated while being sensorially stimulated. It took me three years to write this film whereas Snatch took me three months. Fundamentally, it’s not a very complicated film, it’s actually quite simple, but to clothe it within a narrative was quite complicated.

Re: Conciousness, filters and the eschatological age
Personal syzygy at the galactic ecliptic.

Syzygy is the lining up of 3 or more celestial objects on a plane or the balancing of 2 or more variables. In this case I'm denoting the balance of intrapersonal constructs with the wider suggested galactic null (void) of Dec 21, 2012.

Four major archetypic factors come into play with the balanced mind, not solely the ego. These four are oftentimes astutely represented by the Heel of Ra and its individuated constructs of Ba, Ka, Saba and Saha.

The four factors are as follows: The self, the shadow, Animus/Anima and the Persona.

The self is the balance or imbalance of all four factors. Jung represented this whole as the circle, square or mandala.

The shadow is the representation of sex and survival strategem most impacted by perceptions of the world and can be likened to Freuds Id. It is base desire and emotion which are most volatile and mutable in given circumstances or presentations thereof.

The Animus/Anima is a representation of our Male/Female characteristics and our balancing or repression of said forces due to external constructs or constraints on behaviours.

The final emanation is the persona. The persona is the 'mask' that we reconcile or balance internal and external forces with the deemed risks and rewards of asserting the self.

Thus the ego is the construct that defends and rationalizes the persona and is externally motivated as the self is looking for internal balance. In itself it is a paradox and creates the divided mind.

By controlling external influences through retreat, mediatation or reflective introspection; We have the ability to create balance or the null union with the subverted self and it's direct interplay with the greater superconcious.

That in essence is the game. All else is pomp and circumstance.

Re: Conciousness, filters and the eschatological age
One step to piercing the fabric of reality.

Have you ever wondered about the anatomy of a neutron star? You probably already know that it’s wrapped in an immensely dense crust a cubic centimeter of which would weigh as much as a small mountain on Earth, and that something akin to an atmosphere might be sloshing around the surface, periodically emitting death beams from its poles. But what about its innards? Since the deeper you go, the more exotic the matter would become, what could we expect in the extreme conditions in the cores of neutron stars? How do we describe the basic composition of one of these stellar cadavers? Well, according to a pair of new new studies, neutron stars are dense and crunchy on the outside with a liquid, superconducting center which forms when neutrons under extreme pressures behave like frictionless fluids. How do we know? Well, it seems that neutrons stars’ cores liquefy with age and as they do, they release a steady stream of neutrinos and cool these massive and turbulent cosmic corpses. The evidence for this theory comes from observations of a neutron star located at the center Cassiopeia A, a neutron star which mysteriously cooled by 800,000 degrees in just a decade.

Heavy neutrino ball as a possible solution to the
“blackness problem” of the Galactic center
David Tsiklauri 1, Raoul D. Viollier
Physics Department, University of Cape Town, Rondebosch 7701, South Africa
Received 19 February 1999; accepted 22 May 1999
Abstract
It has been recently shown (Tsiklauri and Viollier, 1998, ApJ 500, 591) that the matter concentration inferred from
observed stellar motion at the galactic center (Eckart and Genzel 1997, MNRAS 284, 576 and Genzel et al. 1996, ApJ 472,
153) is consistent with a supermassive object of 2:5 106 solar masses, composed of self-gravitating, degenerate heavy
neutrinos. It has been furthermore suggested (Tsiklauri and Viollier, 1998, ApJ 500, 591) that the neutrino ball scenario
may have an advantage that it could possibly explain the so-called “blackness problem” of the galactic center. Here, we
present a quantitative investigation of this statement, by calculating the emitted spectrum of Sgr A in the framework of
standard accretion disk theory. c

1. Introduction
Identification of the nature of the enigmatic radio
source Sgr A at the galactic center has been a longstanding
puzzle. Observations of stellar motions at the
galactic center (Eckart and Genzel 1997, Genzel et al.
1996) and low proper motion ( 20 km s􀀀1; Backer
1996) of Sgr A indicate that, on the one hand, it is a
massive (2:5 0:4) 106M object dominating the
gravitational potential in the inner 0:5 pc region of
the galaxy. On the other hand, observations of stellar
winds and other gas flows in the vicinity of Sgr
A indicate that the mass accretion rate ˙M is about
610􀀀6M yr􀀀1 (Genzel et al. 1994). This fact implies
that the observed luminosity of the central ob-

This truly happened today:

I was getting my haircut today.

I said that I and my kids like my hair long, but that my boss liked it short.

She said that I can't have it both ways.

She said, imagine what the world would be like if everyone got what they wanted.

She said, isn't that a scary thought.

I said I would never want to look inside that box.

Strange how scary that would be. So little people can envision the consequences of such a thing.

Buddhist eschatology and 2012

Happy weekend, dark passengers. Apologies for being late on our first post in our year + series on why the Mayan calendar is bent on killing us in 2012. For some reason, taking a nap seemed like a good idea when I got home Friday and it morphed into just going to bed for the night extremely early. Sometimes, sleep wins, I guess.

Anyway. As we begin our look at possible events and cataclysms for December 21, 2012, I think it’s important to mix in a bit of information on why various groups believe something big – perhaps even the end of the world – is heading our way. This means it’s time to delve into the wonderful world of eschatology.

Um, yeah…what’s eschatology? So glad you asked.

Eschatology is the study of the end. For some, it’s the end of an age. For the others, the end of mankind or the world itself. Doomsday and apocalypse scenarios enter the picture once you bring spiritual beliefs into the mix.
Crash Course in Buddhist Eschatology

Before I begin, I need to be really honest…My research has turned up a bunch of information without any sort of cited references. Could be true beliefs; could be made up and misinterpreted junk. Hard to say. So let’s dig in anyway with a grain or two of salt.

There’s a Buddhist belief that as their teachings fade away, society will slip from morality to a state of amoral existence. When this happens, mankind will begin to show 10 primary traits

Basic Hindu Eschatology

In the “Brahma-Vaivarta Purana”, Lord Krishna tells Ganga Devi that a Golden Age will come in the Kali Yuga - one of the four stages of development that the world goes through as part of the cycle of eras, as described in Hindu scriptures. Lord Krishna predicted that this Golden Age will start 5,000 years after the beginning of the Kali Yuga, and will last for 10,000 years.

Mayan Calendar Matches Hindu Calendar
It is interesting that this prediction of the emergence of a new world is prophesied to appear about the same time that the Mayans predicted it to come! The Mayan calendar began with the Fifth Great Cycle in 3114 BC and will end on 21 December 2012 AD. The Hindu Kali Yuga calendar began on 18 February 3102 B.C. There is only a difference of 12 years between the Hindu's beginning of the Kali Yuga and the Mayan's beginning of the Fifth Great Cycle.

The Origins of Doomsday Anxiety

The memory of the cataclysms was erased, not because of lack of written traditions, but because of some characteristic process that later caused entire nations, together with their literate men, to read into these traditions allegories or metaphors where actually cosmic disturbances were clearly described.

Nordic eschatology

The world-ending catastrophe remembered by Nordic cultures gave rise to the prophetic vision of Ragnarok, the destruction of the world in a rain of fire and stone. In this vision the great serpent Jormungand rises from the waters of the deep and attacks, spitting its fiery venom upon the world. A battle ensues between gods and giants. Odin’s dark angels, the Valkyries, ride their steeds across the sky, their golden hair streaming behind them. The walls of the heavenly city Asgard fall down, and the celestial bridge of Bifrost dissolves in flames.

The subject that Immanuel Velikovsky has chosen is the psychological condition and case history of the human race. Virtually every aspect of human behavior, every pattern in human history, and every article of human belief, if examined and illuminated in the light of the thesis of this book, reveals how human thought and action have been shaped and molded by repressed collective memories of cosmic catastrophes that befell our ancestors as recently as one hundred generations ago.

This brings up an interesting pattern which stipulates Venus was originally an extra solar body which was captured by the Sun's gravities. I believe it was also implied that Venus discharged electrical forces sufficient to scar the Valles Marineris on the Martian surface (electrical universe theory). As did Mercury spawn as an offcast of a primordial Venus or Jupiter.

Gods, planets and extra terrestrial ages

It can be assumed with a fair amount of probability that the planet that caused the disturbances described above was the planet Mercury, the Greek Hermes, the Babylonian Nebo.

To each of the planets is ascribed a world age, and the ages of the other planets—Moon, Saturn, Jupiter, Venus, and Mars—are well discernible; the dominion of Mercury must be looked for in one of the world ages, and one of the world cataclysms was apparently ascribed to this lesser planet.(1) Mercury was a feared god long before Mars (Nergal) became one. As the name of Mount Sinai refers to Sin, the Moon, so the name of Mount Nebo in Moab where Moses died(2) was called already in that early time by the name of the planet Mercury. Later in the seventh and sixth centuries before the present era, this god was much venerated, especially by the Chaldeans and other peoples of Mesopotamia, as the names of Nabopolassar and his son Nebuchadnezzar prove.(3) In earlier times Mercury was known to the Sumerians as Enki.(4)

The caduceus was an emblem of the Babylonian deity Ningishzida, and an astronomical tablet from Boghazkoi identifies Ningishzida with Nebo-Mercury (Weidner, Handbuch der babylonischen Astronomie, p. 61). Cf. H. Th. Bossert, Altsyrien (Tuebingen, 1951), p. 139, figs. 442 & 445. H. Schliemann found the caduceus at Mycenae. Ancient Mexican codices portray the worship of entwined snakes. See Lord Kingsborough, The Antiquities of Mexico (London, 1830), Vol. II, p. 4. Cf. H. B. Alexander, Latin American Mythology (Mythology of All Races, Vol. XI (1920), p. 72; cf. also Franz Boas, Kwakiutl Culture as Reflected in Mythology, (New York, 1935), p. 137.
