-> NATO and the Arab League's wet dream is to invade Syria under the justification of a humanitarian crisis.

-> Russia and China won't allow a military intervention in Syria because it would directly conflict with their business/economic interests.

-> Hence if NATO and Arab League are stupid enough to attack Syria, the shit hits the fan officially.

So whats the best way to solve the stalemate?

Simple.

TPTB will Get a Manchurian candidate to assassinate President Assad. Once the deed is done, the Manchurian candidate will obviously be killed.
