Ministers are considering all legal options for protecting national security from the “real threat” posed by Abu Qatada, after a European court ruling forced judges to order the extremist to be released.
It is simply not acceptable that Britain is unable to deport radical Muslim cleric Abu Qatada who "poses a serious risk to our national security", Home Secretary Theresa May said today.
