OP put on your mind it is NOT "sleep paralysis." That is the cop out shit put out so you ones will reject that you are being transported to ship. OK. There is a prep period before you can go, and often when you are returned there is a period of acclimation again. Also you might be kept seemingly paralyzed while someone is working on your form. there is spiritual preparation going on while you are asleep because it cannot be done on this dark dominated world any other way.
