I don't feel very good now, though.
But, my father threw out my stash of bacon grease (been building up over the years) so I had to start over. I bought 1 lb of bacon and slowcooked it over my cast iron skillet -- took about 20 mins per four slices of bacon. I have four left (which will be finished in 12 mins), but.... I just ate almost 1 lb of bacon...
